On-Call Features
- Each participant can mute/un-mute their line
- Lecture mode: mutes all participants in the conference call except the moderator
- Entry/exit tones: control what is heard when a participant joins or leaves the conference call (name, tone, silence)
- Auto-continuation: allows the conference to continue after the moderator leaves
- Auto-start: allows the conference call to start before the moderator joins
- Lock: locks the conference call so no additional participants can join
- Roll Call: Hear the list of participants names on the conference call

Advanced Features
- Web-based conference viewer – control and see who is on your conference calls
- Call recording – record your conference call then either download the recording or listen to it from any phone (additional charges apply)
- Dial out – dial out from within your conference call to add additional participants
- Optional Passcode: for additional security, participants can be required to enter a passcode upon joining the conference call
- Accounting Code: the moderator can enter an accounting or billing code, which will appear on call detail reports
